Nigh omnipotent basically means that nothing short of omnipotency is higher.

Super Cosmics can have various ratings, but if a Super Cosmic is also deemed omnipotent then the Super Cosmic takes it. Otherwise, the Nigh Omnipotent one wins.

Sometimes, the two terms can mean the same classication. Super Cosmics is used for the Marvel cosmic tier, while nigh omnipotents is used for DC.

However, if they are of different classification, then nigh omnipotent.

Can anyone imagine Lucifer in Marvel? He'd tear Mephisto a new one.

Super Cosmics would be the Primal Force itself (not phoenix avatar) or True Living Tribunal (not the M bodies), whose power extends at a Multiverse scale (different planes of realities). But The One Above All, supposedly the one that created both LT and PF is at a higher scale.

Every character including Super Cosmic, Cosmic etc.. could attack at the same time and not lay a single scratch to TOAA.
