Well then I say tie until/if Superman gets tired. Supes could continually go full speed, and Z isn't fast enough to keep up with him. Also from what I remember of Light Hawk Wings they only block frontal attacks, but I'm probably wrong.

Haha I was just kidding I know you're not lying, and Supes could potentially out run the affects of the explosion, but if not he's taken blows that powerful before.

Edit: Nm this is post crisis an attack that strong would kill him.:P
