Frankly Neo should have been far more powerful than he was in the second and third movie, but even as he was shown Sasuke doesn't stand a chance. In the Matrix Neo is omniscient, he could see the inner workings of all of Sasuke's organs and stop them with a thought, similar to how he restarted Trinity's heart.
